VOLUNTEER

How You Can Help Save a Life

There are many ways an individual can help FMF with their worthwhile cause:

One of the most important things FMF needs to thrive into a successful charity is YOU. Volunteers are the basis of any charity, and FMF welcomes all any individual who would like to dedicate their time to helping others.  FMF Has many different ways an individual can volunteer:

  • Trainers: Trainers are volunteers who are able to swim and might have some experience teaching swimming. Trainers must be 18 yrs. Or older and we are looking for both male and female swimmers.  Trainers will be working with members of the same gender.

  • Saviors: Saviors are volunteers who know how to swim but do not want to teach. Several Saviors are needed to work with the trainers to help ensure a safe water experience for all participants. Saviors must be a minimum of 14 years of age and have working papers.

  • Handy Helpers: Handy Helpers assist FJF by recruiting trainers, researching area swimming pools, fundraising, and other tasks related to the organization. Handy Helpers must also be 14 years of age or older and have proper working papers.

Fajr Memorial Foundation is a 501 (c) Non-profit Organization.  FMF also welcomes all students who wish to complete their community service hours with our organization.
