In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Fajr Memorial Foundation (FMF) is now focusing on providing free essential groceries to those facing financial hardship as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.

 

Since 2011, FMF has been committed to its mission of preventing drowning by providing swimming classes and water safety education. Although the pandemic has caused our original mission to be put on hold, we are still dedicated to serving our community.

 

We served over 150 families in need in our first month, delivering grocery parcels everyday within Queens and Nassau County, NY, neighborhoods greatly affected by the virus. Grocery parcels are in line with Halal and Kosher requirements.

Our small team is working hard to buy, pack, and deliver these parcels, and we need your help to continue this mission! Please consider donating to our cause to help families in need and continue the fight to get through this together!
